There are lots of camera mount designs, but none of them are designed to be mounted on Z-Axis.
This Raspberry Pi Camera Mount Support is designed to be mounted on an standard RepRap printer (Prusa, Anet) in the left side of X-Axis carriage, using Motors holes to fix.
The good thing is you can have a very good angle for the camera, directly to the Extruder, and when you print big things the camera will move with the Z axis with the extruder.
