Heated Bed Stabilizers for Wanhao i3 v2.1

The standard ones made by XYZAXIS didn't work on my v2.1, not sure if the bed carriage is different but the screw holes were too far from the sides so it didn't stop any wobble, so I made a few changes.

-Moved screw hole to be closer to the corners so it uses the sides of the bed carriage to hold the bed.
-Added a lip on the outside of the bottom part so it holds the top piece in place.
-made the inner ring on the top part wider so it hugs the spring a little better.
