3-Hole Punch Cam Clip

Our 3-hole paper punch was missing a cam and consequently doing 66.67% of the job it was designed to do - only punching 2 holes! I designed this replacement part from scratch in Tinkercad.

We think it's a J.Burrows branded hole punch, but we can't remember. I figure ours can't be the only hole punch in the world that's seen a lot of use and has parts MIA.
