handlebar stem plug for classic bikes

My classic Gazelle and Pinarello both have an old race bike handlebar stem where one srew holds the stem and tightens it firmly inside the steering tube from above. The screw's hole is to be tamped with a little plug preventing it from rain but both plugs got lost...

This little plug has built-in supports for printing and suits both bikes nicely :) They now even come in matching colours!
