Just a quick idea so I can easily get an approximate percentage for the current print.
Printed a thin draft with regular blue PLA and it came out ok, so that the screen was still visible.

If anybody wants to try with clear or translucent filament, let me know how it turns out!

Still a WIP but you may be able to tweak it as is to get something good.
