Corner brackets for cheap 1" square aluminum extrusions!
I was searching for a good method to create an enclosure for my 3 axis CNC mill, after a lot of searching I realized using 2020 T slot extrusions would be far more expensive than I wanted to spend. I created a bolt-less corner bracket that could be printed in one piece with no supports that would accommodate common 1" square aluminum extrusions that can be found at Lowes or home depot for about $10 per 8 foot length.
