Fan_Fun Rear Adapter Mount

I was looking for a rear mount that does not require any additional hardware. I came across this thing, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2416615, but it requires additional hardware and only mounts to the lower linear bearing housing.

Since I couldn't find what I was looking for, I created this. It reuses the two original M3 bolts that mount the fan block to the front of the carriage.
