I found hanging the original mount to the wall a bit difficult when using nails, due to the lack of space in front of them to use the hammer properly.

So here's a quick & dirty version of the mount with extended holes - it comes in three variants with low, middle and high position holes. Source is included, feel free to hack & mod for your specific use case!
