CTC Bizer Dual Extruder Cable Chain

Remixed from xxricsxx (Rics_3D)...

Top Plate - Added additional fitment for 4/2 ptfe tubes, and lined them up for the dual extruder setup.

Rear Bracket - Added 5mm to the base to bring it level with the Top Plate as the cable chain not being level bugged me something crazy.

The 20x10 Cable chain itself can be purchased from a large selection of places online... completely forgotten exactly where I got mine, probably eBay or Amazon...
