Improved PCI-E Riser Lock

I had a hard time printing the original, so I redesigned it in Fusion 360 (file included if you want to make further modifications).

Angled the top part of the clip so it can print properly without supports. It's now a 35 degree overhang instead of 90.

Angled the bottom clip so it forms a bit of a ramp, making it easier to clip to the socket.
