SPH6 Short Pump Handle for CCI Phantom

Here's the short pump handle #6 (SPH6) for a CCI Phantom, 2 1/2" long.

It is designed for a brass insert to press into the back for the threaded attachment to the cocking rod. The insert is the following size: Heat-Set Inserts for Plastics 10-32 Thread Size, 0.375" Installed Length.
McMaster-Carr sells them if your local hardware store doesn't.
