Raspberry Pi ZeroW case

The original adafruit design did not comfortably fit the newer Zero with the camera connector, so I remixed it to fit and added another hole for the camera cable. I added a hole in the lid to view the act LED status. I also modified the lid slightly, I found that the original was too loose and would not hold itself in place.
