BLTOUCH E3D Mount

This is just a simple adapter, to mount an BLTOUCH sensor onto any E3D hotend mount, that is holding the hotend on the upper part of the E3D Hotend.

Of course, this is not useful for anyone who wants to to keep their BLTOUCH mounted permanently, but on my Delta, I only need to do the normal calibration routine (G32) and the grid leveling (G31 on smoothieware) once and than I can remove my BLTOUCH and install my hotend.
With this mounting method, there is no X/Y offset between the BLTOUCH pro
