Webcam bracket for Anet A8, Logitech c270 webcam

Update: New version is "Webcam_bracket_C270_onto_A8_ambidextrous.stl" and is a minimal version which allows clearance from the bed at any height, maintains the camera exactly vertical, and flipping it over swaps the angle for use on the other side. This is meant to mount on the back of the vertical frame piece.
