Dial Indicator Mount for Raise3D N2+

I needed to tram my build surface to a higher degree than what was done at the factory and I had an old dial indicator laying around so I made this, it can be positioned to be inline with either left or right extruder center line, temporarily remove side fans for mounting and use a zip tie to hold indicator in mount
