Sparkmaker Lead Screw / T-Nut for 8mm x 2mm pitch

This is a drop-in replacement for the lead screw on a Sparkmaker SLA 3D printer. My unit had a brass nut and the fit was so sloppy that it jumped on the screw under load. Not good! I designed this nut as a replacement. The barrel is sized to fit snugly into the opening so that the nut is also stabilized by the walls of the head section and provides the full thread length used in the original brass nut.
