See the last 3 pictures. Simple is beautiful. I noticed some problems with fast turns and short movements with frequent start / stops. So I reversed the construction and threw out the big thumbscrews. Simply print just the holder and screw it down with M3 screws from the top. Attach something to compensate for the zip ties on top of the carriage or at the bottom of your holder.
