Simple SeeMeCNC EZR Struder Mount for AM8, 2020 Extrusion Printer, etc.

This mount is designed to fit [SeeMeCNC EZR Struder](https://www.seemecnc.com/products/ezrstruder) with 2020 Aluminium Extrusion. I use this mount on my printer based on [pheneeny's AM8 design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2263216/#remixes).

You might not need this mount if you have extra M4 Hammer Nut for 2020 lying around so you could mount the extruder directly on an aluminium profile. However, M5 version is a lot more common here so I have to design this mount to fits my need.
