Mistral 2.1a fan and mount for D-bot

Mistral 2.1a fan duct updated (lengthened) for the D-bot 3D printer.

Attach the mount to the back of the X carriage at the normal 2 locations where a fan mount would go, then install the 50 mm blower fan, and then install the "strap" part to hold the fan with 2 m3 screws. Attach the mistral duct part to the blower fan.

I have tried many fan types and this is the best I've used for my D-bot! I
