Templar EDH Box

This is just the box and inner walls, rest of the parts are from Intentional3D at above link.

Changes: Geometry has been cleaned up and notches have been added for inner walls, the inner wall can be printed separately. This change was made so that the box design can be cleaned up and painted if one would like to have the option.
