Anet A6 Y axis tensioner
Having tried several Y- axis tensioners, with printed screws, I decided that you just cannot beat a metal screw, for accuracy, so this version uses a M8 set screw and nut , to apply the belt tension.
The belt bearing axis is also adjusted to give the same position as original.
Printed parts plus:
1 off M8 x 30mm set screw, (13mm head)
1 off M8 plain Nut
4 off M3 x 20mm set screws, or suitable self tappers or wood screws, (6 gauge).
The two frames need tapping
