High-Speed Planing RC Boat

UPDATE: I have added a new engine nacelle design that lowers the props about an inch or so. This *significantly* increases the speed, to the point where the boat comes up on a plane on a 3S LiPo! Highly recommended that you use this nacelle instead of the original.
