An adapter for the quick release mechanism of the Velbon tripods. Mine is the EX-440. Yours may be different, but since I uploaded the model on a couple of different formats, you can change them to suit your needs.

It is capable of holding the smartphone firmly and the screw is long enough to enable you to have the adapter always as "only one piece". Also, it's absolutely overengineered to not break easily.
