Microscope mount for Logitech C615 USB camera

This is allows you to mount a Logitech c615 USB camera to a microscope. I mounted it to a AmScope SM-3BZ-80S binocular scope, but it should work with any scope that uses a 30mm eyepiece (which I believe is the entire SM line from AmScope).
