4mm scale (009) 9mm gauge model of Earl of Merioneth, from the Festiniog Railway. This Locomotive is famous for being the first steam locomotive to be built By a preserved railway, at the railway, for the railway. It will also, sadly, be famous for being the first to be withdrawn. It is due to be withdrawn in April this year (2018). As such, and since I have had the honour of driving the locomotive, I thought it fitting to make a scale model.
