I created a staff based on the league of legends star guardian lux skin. It's around 127 cm or 4 feet
I would suggest if you were to print this, to split the ornaments at the top horizontally to create a flat printing surface. Print 4 of those and glue them together.
For the staff, I would suggest using a 1 and a half inch PVC tube.
