Anycubic Kossel Linear Bed Leveling Bar (200mm Bed)

Yet another bed leveling part for use with the heated bed with glass on top and designed for the 200mm bed (small version). This mainly uses the hardware provided with the printer. I had some extra M3 x 16mm Socket Head Cap Screws left over from building the printer (bag labelled C03). I added some spring clips to hold the glass to the heated bed. The Z build height (DELTA_HEIGHT) is now 319 mm.
