Bed Leveling Knob for Tronxy X5S and #6-32 Screw & Nut

My Tronxy X5S had a little QC issue with over-bored build plate so that the tiny M3 screws would pull through. The screws were also a little short once washers were added to prevent the pull-through, leaving the adjustment range limited. Also, wing nuts kinda suck compared to knobs.
