Anet E12 E10 Z Axis Switch Fixed Adjustment

Fixed adjustment for the Anet E12 or E10 Z Axis. When I put the new custom fan shroud on my E12 I realized it didn't line up with the hot end. I also couldn't raise the hot end high enough due to maxing out the bed adjustment. I made this fixed adjustment to move the Z axis switch allowing me to lower the Z axis and raise the hot end. As you can see in the pics, now the fan shroud points perfectly at the tip. Does require 2 additional small screws to make work.
