Tiny Whoover w/ revised battery placement

I had trouble fitting my 205/260 mah batteries in the original design so I made this remix. I also build with old throw away quads that don't line up with the mounts. I didn't want to lose that specific sizing so I kept the mounts but added a separate flat plate to hold other types of flight controllers. Lastly I didn't like how the camera mount left the lens exposed on the front of the whoover so I removed the mount. The camera can still sit just fine on the flat surface, backed up so the lens
