K40 Laser Y axis upgrade / support

Y axis bearing on my K40 laser cutter is terrible and has excessive slop.
This causes waves/vibration every time the Y axis moves.
Instead of trying to find replacement bearings with unknown quality and questionable improvement, I have designed a secondary support using a V slot bearing and a 3D printed part that holds it.

The bearing is a simple/cheap groove bearing from ebay with size of 8mm X 30mm X10mm
But basically even a simple bearing of similar size should work.
