BlTouch holder for Flsun cube

2 versions from the original design - the holder plate is a bit thicker and the final Z offset is arround -1.5mm. Also added extra 2mm to Y because the original was touching my heatsink. The second one is to use with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2827067 - extra Y offset added in order to fit.
