Side transition rig for CR-10 and Palette+

Used to wipe the nozzle when using side of the bed transitions with the cr-10 and palette+. The slide allows for an off-ramp of sorts so the purged filament doesn't sit on the rail/frame. I wrapped the slide with foil so the filament falls right off. I also cut a rubber band to a point on one end in order to pull it through the holes of the wipe, and tied the ends.
