BLTouch side holder

This is a different cap that allows the BLTouch sensor to be held off to the right side. I modified this so the difference between the nozzle and sensor base is approx. 8mm apart, which is the installation spec. provided in the manual. It's offset 29mm from the hot end so I'm able to probe all positions of the bed on the AM8 build. I also cut out an oval in the middle so the adjustment screw is accessible and it's less filament.
