E3D Titan - Hypercube-S.T.E.V.E. slimline motor mount mods

In order to mount the E3D titan slimline motor some mods to the top linear bearing holder needed to accommodate the wiring connector

There are 2 types of bearing holder. 1 with just a cut out for the motor connector & 1 with an additional cut out to accommodate a bracket I needed to attach my cable chain.
My bracket stl is included and a step file for those wanting to adapt it.
