Dominion nameplate (with extra text)

This is a remix of the standard nameplate to include support for printing costs and symbols for individual sets; it also slightly refines the print sizing so that very long labels are shrunk to fit (the "Philosopher's Stone" example STL shows both capabilities).

The various features on this are current as of Nocturne. In particular, debt-cost from empires and things costing potions are both supported.

To print the set symbols (and potions in costs) correctly, you need the [dominion symbol
