The doorbell cover that came with the house was old, ugly, cracked and probably from the 80's. I designed this drop-in replacement in two parts: a face plate and the main body.
The face plate simply slides into the back of the body and I used some CA glue to keep it together.
I chose to print mine in colorFabb woodfill since it sands relatively well, had the right texture and tone I wanted for the body and it can take stains reasonably well for a reasonable faux-wood finish. I used some m
