I designed this control box for my raspberry pi + 3.5TFT screen setup using octoprint. I designed the box around this case model, so you can put your raspberry in the case and then fit in this control box:

I added a small gap in one of the corners to put in it the cables thath you might have attached to the R-PI GPIOs.
