i3 clamp

I wanted to fix my Geeetech i3 on an MDF platform for stability. This combination of clamp and holder allow you to do that. The clamp pulls the theaded rods downward (therefore it will have some clearance from the board), the clamp holder makes it easier to clamp down straight.

I just used screws, but if you prefer you could bolt it.
