Holder for IKEA Sunnersta

Today at IKEA I found the container [SUNNERSTA](https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50303735/) (actually the name of a part of Uppsala where I live). SUNNERSTA is a small basket meant to be attached to a rod e.g. in the kitchen to hold a bunch of utensils.

I however got the idea to have it as a small waste basket under my desk, so I made a small stand-alone holder for it which can be screwed under a desk plate.
