Tektronix multimeter tilting bale (stand)

Tilting bale (folding stand) to fit the soft plastic protection boot around the Tektronix DMM916, DMM914 and DMM912 multimeters. These meters were apparently made by APPA for Tektronix, so there are likely other meters this part would work for.
