3/8" Tiny Whoop racing gate base for EL wire/neon rope

Tiny Whoop race gate base for 3/8" ID tubing with a slot to feed in EL wire or Neon rope. I printed the airgate that I based the design of this on, but when I went to Home Depot I couldn't find PET tubing (I like the milky white tubing because I think it diffuses the light better) any larger than 3/8. Also, I wanted to be able to feed EL wire in from the base.

Should be obvious, but when you assemble, line up the notch in the connecting rod with the notch in the base, that way you can feed
