large cup cake stand

need a 300x300 bed to print this and a reliable power source for the base or make a wooden base. I would suggest a 2mm shell and 10% infill maybe even .3mm layer hight. i have not printed it yet (waiting for double sided kapton tape) but i will post an update when i do.
a metal rod holds all the arms together, 485mm long and 14.75mm diam

the cup cake plates will use M3X20 socket head screws. the wholes are counter sunk

print the first 6 arms (slicer positioning Z at 45 deg) so it will
