X5S Z belt tentioner - Sync

I was tired of having to re-level the bed every time I power off the printer due one motor losing one step after powering off, or having the bed go down one side when trying to remove a printed model from the build plate. I run a 1/4 glass bed and the extra weight pushes down on the Z axis and one side seems weaker then the other, so it gets out of sync often. With this design, never have to relevel you from the lead scews. Just level your bed once in a while with the under bed screws.
