Caribou3d Y-rod holder with cap

UPDATE: v3 had an issue with not enough space for M6 washer, v4 is corrected so it can now house a screw and a washer.

Y-rod holder with cap for 3030 Caribou3d mod.
This is a work in progress - a prototype.

Uses 2x M6x14 screws with M6 washers (11.6 mm OD) and insertion nuts to fasten down the holder to a profile and 2x M3x14 with M3 washers (up to 7.1 mm OD) and M3 square nuts to fasten the cap to the holder.
