Decided to design this in Fusion 360 after seeing a similar one in use in 3D Nerds Youtube Video with Bill Doran from Punished Props Academy.

As an Engineer I own a couple of steel versions of different sizes.
Would suggest it is printed from the hardest filament you have and probably a solid print would be best.
