As spool cores diameters vary for producer to producer, I made this to fit all of them...
It fits on cores from 30mm to 100mm.
The axle diameter where the spool sits is 5mm.

Update 1
I left the screw knobs file, but I changed the locking system with a lever lock...
The lever has two pins that need to be fitted when assembling the lever unit. If the fit is tight enough there is no need of glueing them.
