Duchess shaker-pint cupholder insert

The little bits-cups that sit in the cupholders for the Duchess boardgaming table don't actually hold a pint glass very well, so I worked up an insert that can grip a pint around the waist. Out of the box this one has internal sides sloped to fit a standard shaker pint and grab it about halfway up; the shape will grasp a variety of other vaguely-conical pint glasses pretty well too, but stemware and steins obviously don't fit.
