RepRap 2004 lcd case for Tatara steel frame

I started from the very good rep rap LCD 2004 case from Motlaw and modified the attachment to fit onto Tatara steel frame as requested by a Tatara user.

All the remaining parts (back, button and knob can be taken from the original here:

Print was already tested and working, i'l leave it as a WIP until more feedbacks are returned.
