Redcat Everest Gen7 CMS plate without panhard mounts

This is based on the original CMS plate released by redcat. Material was removed from the back to allow the axle truss more clearance, allowing more compression of the suspension. Panhard links were removed for a cleaner look. This is only for the 4 link setups.
